Tabs/navbar does not change colors

Plasma 5.27.8, I have noticed it worked the first time i had set it up but after that the colors of the tabs/navbar don't change. Not sure what i can provide for feedback here. I tried loading unpacked extension again and resetting chromes theme settings to default before loading extension but no luck.
