Mode "Dialogs only" sometimes get in infinite loop
I've never seen this in Chrome, but in Firefox sometimes happens. Probably when two cues follow each other very closely and Subfilter tries to seek a small amount of time in front, but Netflix seek small amout of time back (something internal in Netflix client code I assume).
I tried to solve this before by bec40d4da7a025732ad7acdbdd7a04b08eed7b44 But it looks, that 1 seconds limit for small seeks is not enough to prevent this problem. I will try to increase the limit. Hope it is enoug. Otherwise I need to find another solution (detect automatic repeating in this mode and force continue).

This is not blocking. If I do not find a quick solution I can make realease with this and fix it later. Happens only sometimes in some movies and user can get over it by +10sec time seeking.
