Update DumpIt download and owner

Magnet Forensics acquired Comae Technologies in 2022 ^1. DumpIt's download link should be updated, as well as its name (I suppose) which was renamed to Magnet DumpIt for Windows ^2. A version for Linux systems is available from Magnet's GitHub page ^3.
