Help with cron-like job specifications

I'd like to schedule a job every weekday, every 5 minutes between 9AM and 5PM. I can't figure out how to do this in a single line in the 8601 format. This, and other such permutations, that are easy with cron seem not to be expressible. It would be nice to have a way to make specifying such repetitions easier. Is there a workaround? How do other people do this?

Sometimes we got such use cases as well. We create several jobs for this purpose. So more like "duplicates" with modified times.
