[Feature Request]: Node list on Messages page should be grouped (last heard, favourites, nearby?)

Description

The node list on the Messages page is kind of a jumble of nodes, and they change position based on when they were returned from the NodeDB. There should be a few pre-defined groups in the node list such as "favourited" or "nearby" (if that's possible), as well as the ability to apply a filter to the rest of the nodes such as "A-Z sort, Z-A sort, last heard". So three groups the first being permanent, the second being filterable. Any filtering should persist for the user so when they return the nodes are sorted in same way.
