web Internationalization (i18n)

I have introduce fr, en , it, and de language in the web meshtastic application. It now use langage detector to display the right langage.

Thank you for putting in such a huge effort, and thank you for being patient in waiting for review :)

This looks good, aside from those two inadvertent file inclusions.

However, I think we need to check how this might affect the embedded web servers on hardware devices. The extra strings take up a bit of space, so we need to make sure there is space for that :)

@SebFox2011 it looks like we got access to Crowdin thanks to @rcarteraz, I will look into how that works and we go move forward with that soon.

I think we should not have English translations in code. Only keys.

I noticed that mobile app is already translated. Can we use the same strings? As I think that all apps should have the same functions at some time in the future?

Yes - crowdin has the ability to share the translation dictionary between our projects.

Closing this PR due to number of merge conflicts with main branch. This will effort will be revisited soon.
