Add a column in nodes to denote node is contacted by LoRa or MQTT

Having a healthy MQTT group in my area, I'd like to be able to discern between LoRa and MQTT nodes. If I knew the property it seems like it would be easy enough to add a column in src/pages/Nodes.tsx.
