Updated to support passwords w/ new GS library

Mephraim, First - thanks for the awesome wrapper that got me most of the way to what I needed for my project. The ability to use passwords with the GenerateOutput method is all I've added to your code and I've added the 9.02 library from GS in the Third Party folder.

Not sure if you're still working on this project or not, but figured I'd put it out there if you are.
