Adds deprecation notice.

Any information on why the library is being deprecated? Is another wrapper library that we should switch to?

I was talking with the author offline. He does not have an interest in maintaining it, so I put this notice in to make others aware. This would be a good opportunity for someone else to adopt and maintain this project, however.

Oh, I see. Any thoughts on how this library compares to Ghostscript.NET (also in GitHub)?

I have no idea, I don't really have any context for this project. I just know the author personally and wanted to make this update.
