Connect to custom API endpoint

I would like to add mempool-cli to lightning-shell. The problem is that it tries to connect to mempool.space's API, whereas I would like to pass it an API endpoint to connect to, which would be the API of the mempool instance running on the user's Umbrel node.

Adding this issue here, in case you guys get to it faster. Otherwise I'll probably get to do it eventually. This is a really useful app to have on one's node!

I agree, it's very useful. I'll try to implement it, open to contributions though.
