Update UUID with stduuid - cross platform solution

@gitbuda Introducing stduuid - a third-party software that enables cross-platform work and no need for uuid-dev package dependency installation on each device. Do you think this is a good idea to have?

Sorry for hanging here and thanks for the ping! That repo seems not very robust, could you please explore the https://www.boost.org/doc/libs/1_80_0/libs/uuid/doc/uuid.html (maybe @jmatak already did that)? I think UUID functionality should be there, but let's just invest a bit more time to figure out what would be the best solution and then decide/implement it.
