Doing a Lookup without the "user name" field

Thanks for the code. It is working as designed although if the "Serial Number" field is a required field it does not do the lookup anymore. How can we get it to do the lookup if the "Serial Number" field is a required field

I did some more investigation and it appears that the Name field is not being returned as it is a REQUIRED field. If I turn of the Required, it comes across. How can we get it to work with the REQUIRED on
