Tag versions for bower

Please add git version tags to make e.g. "watch": "1.3.0" in a user's bower.json work. I like to pin my deps to versions to keep the build more stable :)

I would also like this, as I am otherwise using a long, ugly, and semantically meaningless commit hash to reference a specific "version" of Watch.JS.

Please tag for bower. I have a whole system relying on this component to work and I do not want to have to fork and isolate my own version.
