Make title and description required in mdx pages

I'm suggesting to improve the linting to make title and description required in MDX pages so that the automated OG generation will not break.

That's a good idea, but we'll have to check with basement. I'm not sure our markdown linter supports that, in which case we'd have to develop a custom script, I think.
