Project Discovery Not Working

ctrl+alt+p doesn't show any projects even after a couple of minutes; it keeps showing "Discovering Projects...". I only have 2 projects saved in projects.cson file.

I'm using Atom 1.9.9 Ubuntu 16.04 I've disabled Auto Discover Projects a

Same issue with atom 1.14.2 include saved projects on Windows
