Doesn't synchronize secondary folder

I have enablwd a secondary folder which contains audio files (.wav and .amr). Despite new files are added to that local folder, the remote one doesn't receive them. It used to work until few months ago. Moreover, the client shows a remote secondary folder empty, while the browser from a desktop shows the correct content.
