MEGAsync Backup & restore sync list and exclude list

Isn't there a file stored on the hard drive or registry keys we can save for this purpose?

Bizarre that neither support nor any of the devs on this github answered this, because there's absolutely a file you can backup. I just found it:

C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Mega Limited\MEGAsync - .cfg file, or the whole folder if you want.

EDIT: after switching from win 8.1 x64 to win 10 x64 using the .cfg files as backup stopped working. I guess you have to use the whole folder.
