channel 404 with /c/ in the url

I am finding that this channel is being added the /c/ in the url and that returns a 404 while this page is reachable.

How can i add a channel without the /c/ in the url?

Anything i can provide to help with this?

Yep see previous issues such as:

https://github.com/meeb/tubesync/issues/477

Converting the channel handle to an ID is the easiest solution at the moment.
