[Feature Request] Deleted File Monitoring

Currently when a file is deleted externally such as via Plex it is not updated in TubeSync. It would be great if it could detect these and remove them from the Media list (and make sure they aren't redownloaded)

Building on this issue, is there any way to have tube sync notice these, or do I need to remove all my sources and then re add them?
