Feat: disabled 'next' button tooltip

What?

  • Disabled buttons doesn't indicate why they are disabled

disabled button means usually the form is not filled or has errors. Can u please give clear details on this issue? Also for all the issues pls write steps to replicate them. One-liner won't make any sense @pKorsholm.
