How to remap keyboard HID 0xC000000B8

Hello, I hope you could point me in the right direction to modify a keyboard key (HID only). I figured that it is 0xC000000B8 and I think I can see it in the registry editor HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\HidIr\Remotes\745a17a0-74d3-11d0-b6fe-00a0c90f57da ReportMappingTable. There is a line 000000B8 00 00 01 B3 00 15 00 00 But I really am no good with registry values :) I am just trying to remap that particular useless key into a forward delete. If you have any wisdom to share, I would love to hear it. Thank you for your help!

(I figured usage ID from the usb.org OSC tables and the registry location after a lot of searching and learning online.)
