Until the issue is fixed you have to go to the main screen and then back to the desired show/channel to avoid the setted dimming of the screen and later turning off the device.

The problem also persists when returning to a channel other than the one from which the app was sent to the background.

I can reproduce this issue with v7.0.4 (61) on my two Galaxy A devices with Android 12 One UI 4.1 (A72) and Android 12 One UI Core 4.1 (Tab A8), both with current patch level.
