EAN13 slow to recognize

Describe the bug Compare to QR-Code, EAN13 are slow to recognize like 2-10 seconds. QR-Code is very fast < 1 sec.

To Reproduce Flash QR-Code and EAN13

Expected behavior Scanning EAN13 should be much faster <1 sec
