You can try the fork by esphome:

lib_deps = esphome/ESPAsyncWebServer@^3.0.0 esphome/AsyncTCP-esphome@^1.2.2 `

doesn't work anymore. use: lib_deps = esphome/ESPAsyncWebServer-esphome@^3.0.0 esphome/AsyncTCP-esphome@^1.2.2
