HTTPs support

When will HTTPs be supported as its becoming an issue for some webserver users.

There is a ASYNC_TCP_SSL_ENABLED switch supported but as reported the underlying code does not compile if this switch is defined.

What will it take to push this through ?

For the rest who are like me and got here before this PR https://github.com/me-no-dev/AsyncTCP/pull/48 to save yourself some clicks. It is WIP but seems like it is taking forever to get it merged.
