Loading Wheel for Image Upload

If an image takes 5 seconds to upload, the image dialogue just stays open and stuck which is a jarring user experience.

I tried taking a look but i couldn't keep track of the action handler being passed around 😅 I'll try harder tomorrow, but if someone beats me to it would love to see how it was done :)
