What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Click "Font Color"
2.Choose "New Color"
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Can open color tools is expected, but can't.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.7.8 on Windows7 32bit.

Please provide any additional information below.
Can not open color tools on Win7 when using color customize.
