Mac OS X Clipboard is not accesible

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Copying text in any other than Keepnote window
2.Insert text from Mac OS X clipboard to keepnote is not possible 
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
To insert the text from clipboard. Clipboard works only within the Keepnote 
window

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Keepnote 0.7.8; Mac OS X 10.6.8

Please provide any additional information below.
Would be great to be able to copy text and images between Mac programs and 
Keepnote...

I'm having the identical issue, using the same version of keepnote and Mac OS. 
The error essentially makes keepnote unusable for me.

Same issues here, I've tried all versions of Keepnote with no success.  It 
would be great if this was fixed because I'm having to use a Linux VM just to 
use this great program.
