Text Cut from .doc or .rtf is Pasted Double Spaced

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Open a Word or rtf document
2.Copy text and paste into a Keepnote note
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to see same formatting as in the original rtf document.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Keepnote 0.7.9, running on Bodhi Linux (Ubuntu 12.04).


Please provide any additional information below.
If I choose "Paste as Plain Text," line spacing matches original document.  A 
straight paste (CTRL+V) produces double spacing, or sometimes even quadruple 
line spacing.  Pasted font size is also unpredictable.
