New Folder/Page not created in selected folder

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a folder
2. Select the folder
3. Create a new sub-folder or page

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

When a folder is selected I would expect the new sub-folder or page to be 
created inside of the selected folder. New folders/pages should be created as 
children when a folder is selected instead of a sibling.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

KeepNote 0.7.8 on Windows 7.
