Feature Request: Only autosave when there are changes

I use Dropbox to backup my keepnote files. Which is great :D

However, the autosave happens even when no changes have been made, this causes 
an unnecessary writes which then causes dropbox to sync.

Obviously, it's not the end of the world, it would just be nice if autosave 
only kicked in if there were actually changes to be saved.

Happy to help on this & submit a patch - but couldn't spot your code repo.
