Add averaged normal velocity integrations

Description of feature

To calculate the fan face force, we use mass averaged velocity integrations to get the fan face velocity. Because our integration surface normals are perfectly aligned with the x coordinate direction, I got away by just using mavgvx. Three mass averaged velocity components are available; however, for a more complex integration surface, we might just prefer to use the internal normal computation by ADflow.
