Add icon-only variant

Wonder if it'd make sense to do an icon-only version where there is no button text?

I guess we could add another parameter and skip adding the text and counter. Let me know of any names and I could have a look.

BTW I'm open to suggestions about the parameter name, the CSS and everything.
