Rework texts in learn/css/first_steps/getting_started/index.md

Summary

I have shortened some texts and included procedures.

Motivation

I love both writing and learning. I think the MDN texts are wordy in some places. I have shortened some texts while reading about CSS (once more ...). In my opinion, numbered lists can help to structure the content.

At the first glance, using the preview link below, the indentation even looks OK ;)

Let me know if I am wrong and my edits do not help, please.
