css.properties.text-autospace - browsers have different initial values against the specified `normal`

What type of issue is this?

Incorrect support data (example: BrowserX says "86" but support was added in "40")

What information was incorrect, unhelpful, or incomplete?

Some browsers don't correctly support this CSS property but they are marked with "full support".

CSS Text Module Level 4 specifies that text-autospace's initial value is normal.

However currently on browsers, text-autospace's initial value is no-autospace.

What browsers does this problem apply to, if applicable?

Chromium (Chrome, Edge 79+, Opera, Samsung Internet), Safari, Firefox

What did you expect to see?

Mark that these browsers have different initial values against the specification.
