Logitech 3d Extreme Pro - Joystick Model is too big for window - can't move or select camera

Using Logitech 3d Extreme Pro -

following issues occur using version 0.12.0:

• Model of Joystick is too big for the window - no resizing or moving is possible
• Can not move camera by dragging via right click
• Can not select predefined cam by pressing buttons 1, 2 or 3
