Datatables dark theme not working
In the datatables builder page https://mdbootstrap.com/docs/standard/tools/builders/datatables/
Checking "dark" doesn't apply dark theme as expected. Also all "background color" options apply only to the pagination element (if enabled).
DataTables 2.0.0 was released on 15th February 2024 and in the release notes it's stated
Modernise class names for DataTables controlled elements so they are more consistent, descriptive and readable. This can impact any customisation made via CSS or with selectors used on the DataTables defined classes. It is possible to revert to the DataTables 1.x class names - see the upgrade notes for details.
Since upgrading to DataTables 2.0.2 my dark tables are broken the same way the MDB builder table is.

We do not use DataTables 2.0.0 in our Datatable component. We plan to fix builder page until then you can try use our dedicated support forum to receive help with your problem: https://mdbootstrap.com/support/cat/standard
