Get an objective list of files to never scan

I'm embarrassed to admit that the current ignore patterns in aspelllint are the result of me running the program over my personal projects, and noting which files tend to produce too many false positives to matter anymore.

aspelllint would be substantially improved by a well-known list of files that should be treated as junk, such as noted in .gitignore files.
