Tabs from panels stop being hidden when transfering to other windows

Steps to reproduce

  • Open Firefox in a new profile
  • Install Sidebery
  • Configure Hide native tabs of inactive panels to true
  • Create a tabs panel with some tabs
  • Open a new window
  • Move a tab from the window with panels to the other window

Actual behavior

When changing tab panel tabs go back to being hidden

Expected behavior

The tabs should remain hidden

I have the same issue, on both Windows 10, and on Latest XFCE Manjaro. I really hope this can get fixed; It isn't a huge issue, but a small annoyance that ends up happening often with the way I'm used to working.

I switched from using panels to groups because I use hidden tabs extensively, and having them constantly unhiding was frustrating.
