Mono Linux Compatible Source

Small fix in resources since Linux file system must be case sensitive. Switched from ILMerge to ILRepack since ILMerge isn't available on Mono Linux. Some visual tweaks to fix overlapping in Linux.

The repository can now be built with mono, and produce .NET Framework/Mono executable on Linux. Any further edit suggestions are welcome.
