Support for Wink 3.3.26+ (v1 hub)

updated my v1 wink hub and a lot broke and stopped working - even factory resetting sans smartwink didn't completely fix it. (not sure why /etc/crontab disappeared since it doesn't appear to be a part of the smartwink files... lol)

Might be applicable to versions above 2.49 as well - I went straight to 3.3.26.

Lighttpd and a bunch of other stuff got wiped out somewhere in the 2.xx line on the wink hub. I tried applying this tarball to a hub on current firmware and it hosed it pretty good.
