PKG Build Progress indication

Currently only the major steps are printed out while building a package. It may be nice to get more fine-grained progress updates for long running tasks.

Sub-tasks

  • [ ] Extend the PKG build API to provide some mechanism for the caller to get progress updates
  • [ ] Add progress bar to the Pkg Editor GUI
  • [ ] Add progress bar to the PkgTool CLI
