language setting
I don't understand why this particular app would need its interface in a language different from what the user has set for the system.
Surely, it is better to simply use the language which the user has chosen in the system settings.
Initially it was convenient for me to test the translations, I could see an another laguage in the app without switching the whole phone to the new language. Also when I learn new language I switch the phone to another language and do not want to switch my editor the the new one.
At the moment the system translation used by default.
- The question is what is your suggestion, to remove the feature that is not useful for you?
- Fix it because it does not work as expected?
- Keep it because it could be useful for someone else?
Call it an aesthetic suggestion. An option that few (or no) users would use, is just noise --- not a good thing. Apps should strive for simplicity.
For your testing purposes, you could implement a switch that turns the option on only for testing builds.
I only point it out, because your app is otherwise so close to perfection!
