Hand over ownership to new maintainers?

This project doesn't seem to be actively maintained, with issues like https://github.com/maxdavidson/rollup-plugin-sourcemaps/issues/127 and PRs to fix it like https://github.com/maxdavidson/rollup-plugin-sourcemaps/pull/125 sitting for a few years.

Could the package be handed off to a new maintainer?

I see forks like https://github.com/2wce/rollup-plugin-sourcemaps2 by @2wce, so maybe they would be a good choice. I would offer to as well if no one else volunteers.

btw, @2wce - issues aren't enable on your fork, so if someone wanted to use it they don't have a way to report problems. Just FYI, in case that's not intentional.

happy to contribute if the owner responds & is interested otherwise I'll push fixes to the fork in the meantime 👌🏽
