make the modifer_fast trigger adjustable

hi Marco, thanks for this wonderfull plugin. i just discovered the modifiers options and would like to suggest to make the trigger for 'fast' encoder changes adjustable (lower imho). on the x-touch mini you have to spin the encoders really fast.
