Add Current support for ECM-1240/ECM-1220

Adding Current filter support for ECM-1240 and ECM-1220 to match the GEM capability.

This functionality came up as part of the discussion for Issue https://github.com/matthewwall/mtools/issues/8#issuecomment-252522655

@mrguessed - I would like this functionality as well. Is there something that needs to be done to merge this into master? I see that the PR has been open for over a year.

@mrguessed - FYI - your branch didn't work for me to push the current for the ECM1240. Does this branch work for you? I have a working branch - I can submit a PR if you want to close this one?
