Thank you for the book ! Very good book !

I do have only one question for you. How you create a pdf file or hard book for amazon from rst files ?

And last but not least congratulations for good book !

Not speaking for him, but you could use pandoc (http://pandoc.org) to convert the rst to a pdf generating format or just let it create the pdf.

To cite its manpage It can also produce PDF output on systems where LaTeX, ConTeXt, or wkhtmltopdf is installed.

The author also maintains repositories to convert rst to odp (Libreoffice), latex, or epub, so I imagine he uses one of those.
