Support for passing dynamic config parameters - other than Filesystem ?

HI @matth-x , First of all,very thankyou for the effort that you have made in making this ocpp plugin. I was able to make it work, in terms of connectivity alone- as I've not developed further too.

Among that - I've a doubt. Can we go on with not using FS, as I'm planning to pass the config parameters over serial interface. But without the FS - the configurations are not reloaded properly as new configs. Any suggestions?!
