Feature Idea: Starring a Cross room posts stars it in all rooms

Given Cross room posts are posted in multiple rooms, I think their Stars should be linked as well

Would you mind exploring this idea a little deeper? There are two interpretations I come to: one is to mirror the stars, the other is to normalize the cross-post message (so there would only ever be one messageId). I think both have implications that need some more thought. @master99x ?
