Raspberry Pi 4 base

Critical: The Raspberry Pi 4 rearranged the location of the Ethernet port vs the USB ports, which makes the current base unusable for Pi 4.

Nice-to-have: The power and HDMI ports were also resized, but they fit in the current design. It's just not pretty.

Is there any chance an updated base file could be provided?
